Our client is looking for a clinical/medical negligence claims assessor with at least eight years of experience to join their growing team as a Senior Clinical Negligence Claims Assessor.

The role is perfect for someone with lots of experience in the field and wants to stay in the industry they love, but who is looking to move away from file handling.

You'll play a key role in undertaking assessments of medical negligence leads conducted by the medical legal acceptance team, with a view to identifying cases where there are sufficient prospects to proceed.

In addition, you will provide legal guidance where needed to the Medical Law Services Teams.
