Are you passionate about providing seamless support and coordination within a leading chartered surveyors firm? Our client in Southampton is seeking a proactive and dedicated Team Coordinator to be the backbone of their Building Consultancy department.


Responsibilities:

Supporting Directors: Assist Directors of Building Consultancy in their daily responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.

First Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all Building Consultancy inquiries, providing timely and knowledgeable responses.

Professional Administration: Offer proficient and organized administrative support to the Building Consultancy department, encompassing building surveying, project management, architecture, and related consultancy services.

Facilitate Communication: Create a pivotal link between surveyors and clients, external consultants, contractors, and contacts, emphasizing clear and consistent progress updates to surveyors.

Compliance and Business Development: Aid Directors in ensuring general compliance and contribute to business development initiatives.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure well-balanced marketing exposure, facilitating cohesive strategies.

Promotion and Business Growth: Actively promote the company and contribute to business development efforts.

Day-to
  • Day Administration: Undertake and support general day to day administrative tasks for the entire Building Consultancy department, maintaining smooth operations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate or consultancy sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for administrative tasks.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
