Role Purpose:

Key features of this role:

Leading and managing colleagues within our Scarborough campus to provide World of Work services to our Scarborough and north regionbased students.
You will work with senior stakeholders within the Scarborough region to set direction, manage operational delivery needs and ensure service impact is appropriately measured.

This is an exciting opportunity to join and continue to shape the emerging regional focus of our Scarborough campus World of Work services.

If you have experience of driving change and successfully leading, managing, and motivating a team to deliver excellent service and employment outcomes in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Person Specification:

Degree or equivalent professional qualification or equivalent experience
Evidence of leading, managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance
Experience of influencing senior management and involvement in strategic decisionmaking
Strong understanding of the graduate and student labour markets, the University Group's external context and employer needs
Proven ability to act as a representative of the organisation in a wide range of situations, internally and externally
Ability to think and act at both operational and strategic levels.
