Looking for food servers and FOH staff to work at music festivals, concerts and fêtes.


Urgently require Staff for Cambridge Club Festival 9th - 11th June 2023 and Download Festival 8th - 11th June 2023

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START

Who are we looking for?
A confident, enthusiastic, friendly person who values the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication and listening skills and can work well under pressure. You are reliable and understand the importance of working as part of a team.

You are willing to work long hours, evenings and weekends, and may be required to camp on site at certain jobs.

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interact and deal with customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Preparing and serving customer food orders
• Monitor food level and portion control
• Maintain high standards in food hygiene and handling
• Unloading of stock
• General Catering Duties

Previous Experience/Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• You must be eligible to work in UK.

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous, but not essential.

Salary:

Your rate of pay will be based on the current Living Wage rates in relation to your age group, and marked up according to experience.

As a staff member you will receive:
