Headmaster's Housekeeper/Cleaner

Monday to Friday, term time additional weeks totalling 36 weeks per year.

We are looking to further improve our cleaning provision and are seeking a cleaner with specific responsibility as the Headmaster's Housekeeper to join our hardworking and friendly Housekeeping Department as soon as possible.

Experience of working in a school cleaning environment is desirable but not essential.

This is a busy 'hands on' role you will be working alongside our cleaning team in central school areas such as offices and classrooms and will have specific responsibility for the Headmaster's house.

As we are a semi-rural location, your own transport is advisable.

Set in 150 acres of stunning parkland in rural West Berkshire, Elstree welcomes boys and girls aged 3-13 years. Originally founded in 1848, it moved to its current location in 1939 and opened its Pre-Prep school in 1993. It offers boarding, both flexi and weekly, from Year 4 onwards.

Working hours are 6 per day, either from 6am - Midday or from 7am - 1pm, Monday to Friday term time plus additional weeks totalling 36 weeks per year.
