WHAT TO EXPECT
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance team for our Vehicle Personalisation team.

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality finance solutions to support the achievement of strategic business objectives through proactive Finance Business partnering.

In this position you will build a credible productive partnership with the Operational Business, maintaining links to our central finance teams in regards to forecasting and budgetary control.

In this role you will play a key role in the delivery of finance solutions that support the strategic direction of the business, while ensuring that our finance strategy and approach is aligned across the business unit.

You will gain exposure to the functional Directors of the business area, working closely with them to achieve short and long term strategic objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through Finance Business Partnering.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

As part of this position, you will be preparing and presenting financial information such as forecasts, budgets and business plans to ensure strategic objectives are met.

You will also deliver financial reports to operational and senior stakeholders to inform key business decision making and strategic business planning.

Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Undertake detailed scenario planning and project scoping and management to achieve financial operational and strategic objectives
Cross functional working with the wider finance community to deliver finance strategies / initiatives
Support the Head of Finance or Senior Finance Business Partner with Business area short and long term financial forecasting
Calculate finance sensitivities understanding key value levers and use financial analytics to identify opportunities to improve business performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We are looking for someone that possesses exceptional numerical and analytical skills as well as advanced communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to translate financial issues for operational teams.

In addition to this, we need someone that can demonstrate the ability to determine service requirements and performance measures to initiate innovative, effective solutions.

Essential:

Proven Finance Business Partner experience, ideally gained within a large, complex organisation
Sound financial and commercial business acumen shown through evidence of developing and introducing new or innovative practices/processes in support of strategic business goals.
Ability to multitask, work accurately at speed and under pressure, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
Strong analytical background, project management and delivery skills
