JOB TITLE - Field Care Supervisor

Location - Totton

Salary - £13.10 - £23.00

MAIN PURPOSE

An opportunity to become a Field Care Supervisor within our Specialist Care Team has opened up. We are seeking an experienced individual with a QCF or NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care who is keen to advance their career. Leading a team that supports vulnerable individuals in our communities to help them lead happy and fulfilling lives is a key aspect of this role.

The Role

  • Are you a Senior Health Care Assistant with NVQ2?
  • Are you a strong leader who supports with a 'hands-on approach'?
  • Support the Specialist Care service in inducting new care support staff?
  • Ensure coverage for staff sickness absences with your team?
  • Conduct face-to-face supervisions with support staff in compliance with CQC regulations

Can you

  • Lead person-centered care with passion?
  • Carry out thorough spot checks in line with CQC regulations

As a Specialist Care Field Care Supervisor, you will oversee the field supervision of Specialist Care Support Workers.
