Salary:
£24,000- £30,000
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an established business in Leicester on a permanent basis.

The business has been steadily growing over the last 10 years as a market leading company, and they are now looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their small finance team, in a varied role.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Supporting with month end reconciliations and preparation
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial records
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
Support the finance team with various accounting tasks
Handle inquiries from vendors and clients regarding payments

Experienced Required:

A minimum of 12 years' experience in a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy levels with an investigative approach
Working experience of Quickbooks Accounts is desirable
Excellent numeracy, technical and computer skills
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
