My client, an established Charity requires an experienced HR Advisor / ER Advisor to join their team.

You will be a solid HR Advisor, or have already operated in an ER position previously, and will hold strong ER experience, or will be someone already operatingwithin an ER focused team or ER role.

This HR Advisor / ER Advisor position will be working in a very busy and hands on ER team.

ER experience is a necessity for this HR Advisor / ER Advisor vacancy, for example dealing with disciplinaries and grievances as well as sickness cases.

This HR Advisor/ ER Advisor will have previous experience of drafting ER outcome letters as well as involvement in formulating investigation reports.

Tribunal exposure is also ideal as well as having some TUPE exposure. Experience of building strong stakeholder managementexperience is also required by this HR Advisor / ER Advisor.

This charity adopts a hybrid working approach as well as offering a flexible working scheme.
