We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Rochdale.The role is part time 20-25 hours per week Monday - Thursday and will be or a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave although there is a possibility that this role can become permanent.
Primary Responsibilities
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Booking in deliveries
- Chasing outstanding orders
- Getting quotes for new items
- Costings
- Stock control
- Material certificates
- Answering calls
- Purchase and sales invoices
- Arranging transport
- Entering data onto database
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
