Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Rochdale.

The role is part time 20-25 hours per week Monday - Thursday and will be or a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave although there is a possibility that this role can become permanent.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Booking in deliveries
  • Chasing outstanding orders
  • Getting quotes for new items
  • Costings
  • Stock control
  • Material certificates
The person will also be required to cover accounts role during holidays which will include but not limited to:

  • Answering calls
  • Purchase and sales invoices
  • Arranging transport
  • Entering data onto database

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
