Full Time. Salary; Up to 25K depending on experience.
Hours of Work: 40 per week
We are a growing company that work on major New Build and Refurbishment of Commercial Contracts and Reactive Maintenance throughout the UK.
About you.
Roles and Responsibility
Daily duties will vary from but not limited to:
- Assisting Directors and Project Managers with their daily tasks
- Managing Reactive Maintenance contracts.
- Managing Fleet of Vehicles and other assets.
- Compare suppliers' costs.
- Updating Health and Safety documents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Microsoft
- Organization and Timekeeping.
- Experience of working within the Construction Industry
- Experience of managing Reactive Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Quick Books accounting system would be an advantage
- The right to live and work in the UK
