Neway are looking for a Brokerage Officer to join our client based with Hackney Council.

This role is starting 18th December, working 36 hours a week, initially for a 3 month contract that will be extended after review.

Pay Rate is £20.06 p/h PAYE

The post-holder will be part of the Commissioning Team and work closely with Service Managers, Senior Practitioners and Care Managers to source, arrange and amend packages of care, placements in residential and nursing homes and supported living services.

This may involve regularly dealing with complex and/or contentious issues. Experience of hospital discharge and knowledge of the Mosaic system would be an advantage.
