If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an innovative European Performance Marketing Specialist to join our incredible European Marketing team This role is on a permanent basis and is located at our London Euston office, with some days working from home and some European travel.


We are one of the UK's leading manufacturers of personal care products including Batiste dry shampoo, Femfresh intimate wash, and Arm & Hammer toothpaste amongst others.


This new role will help shape and lead the execution of the Performance Marketing strategy for Church & Dwight Europe, in close collaboration with the European Head of Digital Marketing.

As a strategic focus area for Church & Dwight, this is a high visibility opportunity with both high ambition & high support from the European business with opportunities for significant growth in the future, if successful.


Key duties include:

  • Manage multimillion Euro PPC & DSP budgets across UK, France, and Germany.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for each market & brand.
  • Work closely with agency & marketing teams to deliver & optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Identify and test new channels and digital media opportunities.
  • Analyse performance results & data to identify trends and insights to present back to teams.
  • Report on performance and make recommendations for improvement across campaigns.
  • Upskill & enable local marketing teams to get the most out of their digital media investments.
  • Educated to a bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification or above (required).
  • 35 years' experience in client side or agency side performance marketing.
  • Demonstrable record of leading multimillioneuro digital media campaigns.
  • Experience working on FMCG/CPG brands ideally in Beauty, Personal Care and/or Healthcare.
  • Strong skillset including Project Management, Data analytics, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Search, Organic Search, Search Ranking Optimizing, and a full understanding of the Amazon Ads ecosystem & Amazon Retail Analytics.
  • Understanding of how to use Market Data Tools, Reporting & Analysis tools such as Kantar, Nielsen, & IRI (ideally including StackLine & Profitero).
  • Have a strong understanding of PPC & DSP platforms, as well as the ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels leveraging insights, such as from AMC & other data clean rooms (clean room experience is preferred, but not essential).
  • Be able to work effectively with agency partners & collaborate with local marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize a demanding workload.
  • Solid Microsoft Office suite capabilities, especially strong PowerPoint & Excel skills.


Given the European nature of the role, and the need for close collaboration with the local teams & agencies, fluency in English is a must with French and/or German being advantageous.

The role will be based in the London Euston area but will also require some travel to our European subsidiaries in Paris & Frankfurt, so travel flexibility is a must.
