  • Full time, offering hybrid working and paying up to £40,000

About Our Client:

I am working with one of my Leeds City Centre based client on a HR Advisor role. The role is full time, and is for a 15 months FTC to cover a period of family leave. The role is paying up to £40,000 and offers hybrid working.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering comprehensive HR advice on ER and operational issues across the business
  • Provide effective management of end to end recruitment processes
  • Performance and Absence Management
  • Provide Monthly Reports for the HR team to the HR Manager on staffing updates, analysis of internal data, reporting on changes in HR legislation and recruitment

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a HR Advisor role, with experience of managing / supervising a team
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Pragmatic and dynamic approach to work
  • Up to date knowledge of employment laws
  • Experience of analysing and reporting on HR metrics
