Specsavers in Milton Keynes are looking for Optometrist to become their new Optometry / Ophthalmic Store Partner as part of our Joint Venture Partnership business model.

About the store
Specsavers in Milton Keynes first opened its doors in 2000.

The store sits in a prominent position in the Silbury shopping centre and is firmly embedded within the local community.

The loyal and growing customer base includes members of the local community, in addition to significant passing trade. The store prides themselves ensuring every customer receives an excellent patient experience.

The high levels of service and patient care have led to numerous positive customer reviews and an excellent local reputation.


The store boasts has 8 full equipped test rooms; offers MECS and Cataract post op enhanced services, dedicated audiology test room, amazing customer base and a dedicated and motivated team.


The Team
A team of 50 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home.

The existing Partners are passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Optometry Director you would have the scope to support training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team.


Requirements of the role
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you'll need to share the store's ethos.

They're looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes.

You'll be a practitioner who prides themself on their clinical judgment, isn't afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team.

In summary, you'll be a highly skilled Optometry professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
