As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client, with a focus on leading the obligations of the ISS contract.

Operating within the Riot Games Office in Reading, you'll spearhead day-to-day management activities to ensure seamless operations.


This role demands continuous improvement to deliver a world-class service, aligning with ISS's global vision and anticipating client needs throughout their journey.


As an ambassador for both Riot Games and ISS, you'll seamlessly integrate with the client organisation, leveraging your understanding of gaming culture to enhance service delivery.


With a keen eye for innovation and proactive problem-solving, you'll take ownership of key responsibilities and collaborate with the management team to uphold service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain excellent client, service partner and ISS team relationships
  • Proactively manage and communicate with the onsite facilities service providers, promoting a one team ethos and approach
  • To be the primary point of contact for all occupants and ISS team in relations to Facilities issues
  • Responsible for monthly and ad hoc client Facilities reporting, including MOR and H&S reports
  • Supervise logging of work tasks with the Facilities Helpdesk, ensure outstanding tasks closed by designated persons weekly
  • Liaise with Fire and Safety Manager regarding First Aid and Fire Warden training
  • Ensure the environment is safe, clean and tidy and fully equipped to ensure ISS provides an excellent working environment for Riot Games employees, supervising the completion and auctioning of checklists
  • Support day to day management of internal & external suppliers
  • Support where necessary Incident Management and Business Incident Processes
  • Arrange office moves, workplace management and desk allocations

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • A Levels standard educated
  • IOSH Managing Safely preferred but not a requirement
  • Experience in customer facing environment
  • A love of computer games
  • Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written
  • Flexible, adaptable team player approach
  • Calm, professional and focused approach
  • Tact and diplomacy in Managing Team skills and Client Expectations
  • Experience in Conflict resolution
  • Ability to work under pressure and support the team
