These shifts allow you to develop great relationships with the people you support and work with.

You don't need to have experience, but this would be preferred. We are looking for people to work with us on a part time or full-time basis.


The Job role


You will be supporting people with all aspects of personal care and socialisation and encouraging people to live as independently as possible.


You will get the opportunity to develop loads of new skills and will be fully trained by one of our Nurses to be able to provide high level support.


You will be trained with all required equipment and work as part of small teams to ensure the best outcomes for people.

Very little travel

Shift patterns that are easy to follow, in one place working with one individual

Shifts 2 weeks in advance as minimum

A meet and greet with the client before you commence care shifts

Access to further training and development within Health and Social Care

Ongoing support from the senior team.


What you need
All we ask is that you have a positive outlook, enjoy working with people, and have a caring nature.

Previous care experience & willing to learn new skills

A driving licence is a bonus but not necessary as our clients are based near very good transport link

£11.00-£12.00 per hour
