As a social housing landlord, we have over 5800 homes, it is important that we are accountable to our tenants and leaseholders, and that we provide engagement opportunities to help understand the issues that matter the most to them.

The Customer Engagement Officer will play an integral role in consulting with relevant stakeholder groups to gather feedback.

As such, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Engagement Officer to deliver a range of customer engagement and feedback activities.

We're looking for someone who has experience of delivering a range of participation and feedback opportunities and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging and involving customers so they have a meaningful influence on the services they receive.
