Description

Modus operates a comprehensive range of autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) systems, which are deployed across the entire life cycle of a subsea field development.

Reporting to the CEO, the position of HSEQ Advisor is one playing a critical role in overseeing all aspects of HSEQ management within the business.

• To contribute to the ongoing development of the company HSEQ strategy, policy, management systems and supporting accreditation.
• Registration, control & issue of company documentation & procedures in accordance with the Caiman system
• Administer the Company Databases and input data received from varied sources
• Assist in HSEQ training requirements across the business, induction and other HSEQ training as required.
• Liaise with the Senior Leadership team to set the company Quality Goals, Objectives and Initiatives against defined KPI's.
• Efficiently and effectively audit internally and external clients, monitor and report on HSEQ performances and propose any improvement actions as necessary
• To undertake site safety inspections to ensure that the requirements of the company's HSEQ Management system, HSE Legislations and client requirements are addressed and compliance is achieved
• Proactively support the Company's drive to achieve world class quality, service and delivery whilst managing costs through continuous process improvement

• Ability to interpret relevant health and safety legislation, Approved Codes of Practice and guidance and to advice managers on a range of health and safety matters.
• Knowledge of Environmental legislation and standard

• RCA / Incident investigation skill
• Good IT skills

• Risk Assessor experience
• Experience undertaking audits
• Health and Safety experience over 3 years

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
