Our clients a well-respected independent estate agent are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area.

As a Business Development Manager your role will involve the following:

Oversee, develop and create the client relationships of the Valuation & Survey department across all counties of coverage.
Obtain and maintain longterm customers through regular and proactive contact with potential referrers such as estate agents, solicitors, housing associations, accountants, financial institutions and other business professionals.
To build a partnership with the B2B sector and their employees, to identify their needs and requirements in promoting the firm's services.
To conduct market research in identifying market trends and accordingly devise opportunities to enter unexplored areas and capture the market through effective measures within the geographical area we cover. To support marketing in local areas and buildingboth B2B and B2C profiles.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Experience in a telesales environment
Experience in Estate Agency
A team player, but with individual flair
Computer literate with an ability to use Word and Excel

Working hours:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday with an option to work from home some days.

Our client is offering the successful Business Development Manager:

Basic salary of £25,000
Realistic OTE of £31,000
Ongoing training and support
