Summary:

Due to continued company growth, we're looking to hire an enthusiastic and committed Landscape Foreman/woman to join our team of landscape professionals, who will lead a team of 3-5 people on landscape construction projects across Cheshire, North Wales and the Wirral.

You will be a motivational, highly skilled leader of a landscape team with a track record for running landscape projects and the day to day organisation of the team.
Must be able to read & implement plans competently understanding construction drawings and detailing.
Attention to detail is imperative
Highly skilled in all aspects of hard landscaping. Including porcelain/natural stone paving, fencing, walling, water features, steps, tree planting
Must have experience operating small plant.
Must be able to manage a small team and work to a specified schedule.
Must be able to follow direction well
Be familiar with tender and construction processes
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the landscape industry
Right to work in the UK must be evidenced, must be well presented and punctual

Requirements:

A portfolio of work that you are able to share with us (Dropbox, Google Drive or similar please)
5+ years across paving, decking, cladding, turfing, fencing and general carpentry
3+ years of leading teams of 2+ staff members
At least 1 year of leading teams with 4+ team members
Ability to work to a detailed plan and maintain work schedules provided by the landscaping manager
Good communication skills across team members, external trades, clients and designers
Able to maintain a safe and clean working environment as per company policies and safety procedures on site
Ensuring material waste onsite is kept to a minimum
Maintain in good and safe working order all tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery on site

Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
