This is an outstanding Opportunity to join a Global Leader and take your manufacturing experience and Knowledge to the next level.

The senior Team Leader has responsibility to ensure production targets are achieved and is responsible for production, quality and labour resources and you will be expected to drive adherence to the production plan to ensure customer deliveries are achieved in full and on time.

Hours of work - Continental Shift Pattern

Key Accountabilities

Safety
Lead Safety Walks and support improvement actions
OEE monitoring live trends and being proactive on hitting daily targets
MRB evaluating last 23 hours scrap reasons and drive corrective actions
5S conducting audits and actioning solutions
Labour ensure high level of labour absorbtion
People drive team engagement and develop and manage operator capability and skill level and oversee technicians and team leaders out of regular office hours
Priorities

- manage risk and priorities

GEMBA drive effective GEMBA meetings and support corrective actions

Experience & Competencies required

Proven supervisory and coaching skills
Resillient, able to multitask, decisive, able to prioritise
Analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations on the basis of available data
Able to communicate with clarity and in a timely manner
Proficient with Microsoft office
Production experience in fast moving manufacturing environment
Able to react to changing demands whilst remaining within process
Working knowledge of systems such as Dynamics AX, Windows Office based systems(this isn't essential as training will be provided.
