Responsibilities

  • Course administrator with a particular focus on Crowe's national trainee programme.
  • Working with the regional/officebased teams and the Audit/Tax training teams to support the delivery and planning of our national training programme including delegate management, facilitator management and ensuring that that all planning preparation ismanaged efficiently and effectively.
  • Working with the Trainee & Apprenticeship team to ensure all information is captured for delegate management purposes.
  • Joining monthly meetings, where appropriate, and ongoing liaison with the officebased training leads ensuring the shared information i.e. trainee information held on MS Teams is accurate and up to date for all programmes.
  • Support on other People Development activities and projects e.g. Risk Assessments and Mentoring.
  • Other delegated duties to assist Admin Manager People Development Operations Team Lead.
  • Travel to the different regional offices/external training venues, as required.

Required skills:


  • Accurate and reasonably quick keyboard skills, including; Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accurate spelling and grammar.
  • Able to follow numerical sequences.
  • Willing to ask questions if instructions are unclear.

Preferred but not essential:


  • Knowledge of document management systems, ideally M-Files, but an understanding of any system would be helpful.
  • Experience of, or aptitude for using, webbased record systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
