We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who'll research and identify ways to build our wallet and acquire new customers to help the Digital Wallet requires to launch, grow and succeed.
Day to day you'll
- Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyse benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition
To be brilliant you must have
- Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
- Indepth understanding of marketing campaign strategies and SEO practices
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical abilities
- Ability to accurately convert data into information with rapid identification of key issues, themes and trends from large volumes of complex data
It's a bonus if you have but not essential
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience of Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics
- Understanding the latest modelling and segmentation tech, including machine learning/AI.
- Strong understanding of digital propositions, including digital wallets, payments, and rewards.
- Experience of delivering through third party development teams and partnerships.
