We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Role description

Groupage planning of export cargo / trailers
Working with offices abroad and within the UK
Advising warehouse of loading requirements
Book export trailers on departing ferries
Ensure Customs requirements are completed so trailers can depart on above ferries

Person specification:

A confident and approachable person
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Experience of part load / groupage operations desirable
Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
Good decisionmaking skills, able to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
A methodical, logical approach with good problemsolving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
Knowledge of export customs is desirable
Knowledge of Hazardous cargo is desirable
