Patient Safety & Risk Manager
Manchester, Greater Manchester
Up to £44,000 per annum plus mileage expenses

Compass Associates are excited to be working in partnership with one of the UK's largest independent providers of imaging services to both the NHS and private patients.

They are a key partner of the NHS with substantial experience working across primary andsecondary care sectors.

Due to their continued growth and expansion, they have created a brand-new role for a Patient Safety and Risk Manager to join their quality team based our of their Head Office in Manchester.

You will be joining a small team working closely with their Head ofCompliance to promote and deliver an exceptional standard of patient safety and risk management.

As Patient Safety and Risk Manager, you will take the lead of risk management, incident reporting and patient safety and health and safety.

You will focus on the integration of operations and governance and help develop a positive working culture with anotherkey area of focus being to implement the new patient safety and incident reporting framework.


Requirements:


  • Experience of working in a patient safety role within the NHS or the private sector
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and governance
  • Demonstratable track record of successful risk management
  • Innovative and forward thinking individual with exceptional communication skills
