Family Services (Social Work qualified) Auditor required.

With social work practice development and improvement at the heart of our core priorities within Family Services, the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service has an opportunity for an experiencedand highly skilled Quality Assurance Officer to help develop and support child focused social work practice across the workforce.

Using an appreciative inquiry approach, we want to identify best practice and areas for development for our managers and practitionersthrough reflective learning opportunities.

If you can demonstrate your knowledge of what 'good' and 'outstanding' social work practice looks like, can undertake timely and high-quality audits and help others to critically evaluate, reflect upon practice andsupport wider organisational learning, then this new and exciting role is for you.
