We are looking for an
Internal Sales as part of a permanent contract for our site based in
Solihull.

Main missions:

Due to our expansion, we seek a highly motivated individual with demonstrated flexibility and strong independent work ethic. This role thrives in a dynamic environment and demands the ability to adapt to shifting priorities with initiative.

You will be carrying out the following missions:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management team.
  • Manage current business operations.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist callers, and take messages.
  • Monitor stock levels.
  • Recover outstanding customer debt.
  • Continuously improve processes through initiative and participation.
  • Utilize and learn the internal HG/Manufacturing system.
Support is provided for the rise in competence in your functions as well as your development in our company.

Profile / skills required:


  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You have good telephone manner and clear communication skills
  • You are presentable and eager to learn and develop
  • You had a higher education in commerce
  • You have a 1 to 2 years of experience in the industrial domain.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • French is a plus.

Remuneration:


  • Bonus: 3,360.00£ 5,040.00£ per year.
  • Permanent contract

Position to be filled as soon as possible

£21,000.00-£22,200.00 per year
