Headley have a live vacancy with our engineering client in Leeds - a manufacturer of specialist products, who are seeking an electrical engineering assembler for their factory in the Leeds area.


The business is well established and has recently invested in their Electrical Assembly division, and now require an experienced individual who can help the growth of the department.

This is a great opportunity to join a department in its early stages, committed to growth and to become a lead player in the department

The nature of the work is the assembly of wiring looms. wiring harnesses and other general electrical assemblies.


As the department develops, there is scope for this job to grow to adopt a lead role for the right person.


  • Experience in this area of work is required
  • Electrical assembly, wiring loom, cable loom, cable harness, wiring harness.
  • Ideally, though not necessarily, this experience will have bene gained from a vehicle manufacturer or converter.
  • Any testing experience is welcome, but not essential to the job.
  • Electrical qualifications are welcomed.
Hours of work are 7.30am - 4pm, with an early finish on Friday. There is some flexibility around this, and no shift work. Overtime, certainly at the moment, is available.

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
