Salary:
£52,084 + depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the Orgvue software platform within the Air Sector, ensuring:
Data quality is maintained to an excellent standard
Standardisation of the toolset across the Air HR function
Alignment of future state organisation design to actual performance
Model Organisation changes in Orgvue and demonstrate the impact of change
Support the organisation design process with functional and business leadership teams

Your skills and experiences:

Demonstrable success operating within a complex business model
Previous experience of supporting successful deployment of sophisticated IT solutions and upgrades
Working with intricate vendor and stakeholder datasets/models
Experience of managing large datasets and pulling out insights
