Project Accountant


Communicate are partnering with a Listed Real Estate company, with an extensive portfolio of properties and investment companies in the UK.

The client is looking to increase the Property Accountant Teams' head count by adding an excellent profile.

The role is looking for an immediate starter, or someone becoming available shortly.

Given the recent growth within the business, there is the potential for a temp-to-perm placement if the fit is right for both sides.

This is a hybrid working role in Central London.


Role Overview and Key Accountabilities:

  • Quarterly period close procedures; journal postings, balancing sheet consolidations and detailed reviews
  • Consolidations across multiple entities,
  • Dealing with auditing queries for all entities,
  • Month end responsibilities,

Qualifications Required:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with PQE in industry,
  • Good understanding of property systems,
  • Experience with group consolidations in multiple entities,
  • Advanced excel user, and previous experience with consolidation required.
