    Sales Manager for Healthcare and Clinical Waste Solutions

    We are seeking a Business Development Manager to promote and sell waste management services to the Clinical and Healthcare market.

    This includes hospitals, care homes, pharmaceutical companies, and other potential clinical hazardous waste producers.

    Your primary goal is to develop new business opportunities in the market, identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    You will be responsible for delivering transformational, profitable growth with some of the UK's largest and most complex industrial businesses.

    Our client delivers a great customer experience and creates solutions to reduce environmental impact and improve green credentials.

    About You

    The ideal candidate is a proactive, problem-solving sales hunter who maximizes sales, revenue, and profitability.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel)
    • Proven Account Management skills
    • Sales / Retention experience

    Desirable Skills

    • Knowledge of waste handling practices
