To continue on this journey, we're now looking for that "someone special", a
Health, Safety & Environmental Manager who is not only experienced in all things HSE; but who is used to working at a Senior Level providing advice and guidance to the Board whilst working within the business delivering first class HSE support.

This established business fully understands that HSE isn't just about audit, it knows that empowering staff to help them work safely is the key to successful Health and Safety management and your voice will be heard too as you'll be an integral part of theLeadership Team.

If you're NEBOSH certified; have experience within an FMCG environment with a proven understanding of legislative requirements (ie COSSH; RIDDOR etc) together with experience of ISO 45001; you can mentor, empower and lead a culture of safety across the business,you'll be well rewarded with a salary of up to
£47,000 together with benefits which include 10% pension; private healthcare; free parking; well being initiatives; social events and more.

What's the Job:

This role is just as much about you as it is about your skills.

You'll already be working as an EHS Manager with experience of leadership; you'll be involved in:

Health and safety audit completion
Manage legislative requirements (COSSH, RIDDOR, Legionella etc)
Support the sites environmental projects
Ensure internal systems are fully up to date and accurate
Manage onsite chemicals, substances and materials
Supporting employees in completion of COSHH assessments.
Act as site lead for external auditing and regulatory requirements

About You:

You'll already be working within a EHS Management role and used to dealing with people every level; you'll also need:

FMCG experience
NEBOSH certified
Experience in the food industry desirable
Audit experience, specifically ISO 4500
Driven and focussed
First class communicator
Confident IT skills
