We currently have a vacancy for Accounts Payable Supervisor, to be based in our Larbert office, working 37.5hrs per week


Within this role as an Accounts Payable Supervisor you will manage a team of Accounts Payable Clerks, ensuring that processing of supplier invoices is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

You will act as an escalation point of contact for supplier queries and maintain prompt payment of suppliers through weekly payment runs.

To be considered you must have proven administrative skills, preferably gained in a medium to large sized company.

It is also vital that you have the ability to lead others within the team and ensure high standards are set and maintained.


We're looking for:


  • Purchase ledger/accounts experience in a high volume and value situation.
  • Excellent and accurate numeric skills, excellent computer skills (preferably Excel)
  • The ability to mentor others
  • The ability to work methodically
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize self and other's workloads
  • Pleasant telephone Manner
  • The ability to work under pressure
