Our busy property management business is looking for an experienced hands-on contractor to tackle the ongoing maintenance and repairs in a portfolio of properties in the Liverpool area.

No two days will be the same

You will need to be able to think and plan ahead.

  • Plumbing
  • Basic electrics (eg, changing light fittings)
  • Joinery (eg, hanging doors, kitchen fitting)
  • Tiling
  • Patch plastering
  • Decorating
  • Fencing, etc, etc


You will need your own transport and a phone (expenses paid) so you can receive job sheets and take pictures of the work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
£23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Facilities maintenance: 5 years (required)
  • Plumbing
: 4 years (preferred)

  • Painting and decorating: 3 years (preferred)
  • Joinery: 2 years (preferred)
  • Tiling
: 3 years (preferred)
