Overview:

Duties:


  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables.
  • Help with meal assembly and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed
  • Follow food safety standards and guidelines
  • Assist with catering orders and special event preparation
  • Washing up of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Understanding of food safety protocols
