Team Leader role for Move on Support Service (MOSS)

MOSS is a service offering accommodation with tenancy support.

The MOSS service is for tenants that have barriers to move on or require an extended period of time to access basic tenancy support whilst living semi independently.

MOSS working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

The role is to manage a team across Lincoln, North Kesteven, Boston and South Holland.

To Support Adults who have experienced homelessness to manage tenancies and develop life skills.

managing a team of staff to enable opportunity and advocacy for Framework service users.

Support to access services to manage addiction, offending behaviour and receive mental health support. To identify the correct benefits and additional housing options to move through the service into sustainable housing.

Ability to have an understanding of the barriers people face when experiencing homelessness and a positive empathetic view of problem solving to benefit the individual service user and a staff team.
