Element Recruitment are currently working with a professional service firm based in Central Bristol, who are on a look out for Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

Salary:
£23,000

Based in Central Bristol, with home an office based work.
Offering full time and part time hours.
This is a permanent role.

You will be:

Answering any queries and resolving problems.
Working collaboratively with the team.

You will have:

Proven customer service experience, from within backgrounds such as office and retail.
The ability to speak confidently on the phone.
An eagerness to develop your skills.
Experience working with Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
