About this role:


We have built our business on having the widest choice available on our platform, connecting millions of customers with over 205,000 restaurants across 22 countries - with over 100 different cuisines from local independents to globally famous restaurants, available to order via our app and website.


We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base - to generate increased orders and grow their businesses.

We have decided to implement a new business model to diversify and grow even more.

To make this happen we need a team of enthusiastic, outgoing Field Account Executives (internally called Territory Executives) to expand our network of restaurants to give our customers access to even more great eateries.


Working as a Field Account Executive is all about ensuring our Restaurant Partners enjoy the best possible experience when joining and working with Just Eat.

This isn't a typical new business sales role but you will be expected to provide a world-class on-boarding experience for our Restaurant Partners and there will also be the chance to work alongside your Regional Growth Manager to ensure Just Eat is thriving across the region.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships. You will provide relevant solutions to Restaurant Partners looking to grow their consumer orders as well as increasing average order values through the JET platform.
  • Improve and diversify consumer choice on our platform by acquiring popular restaurants across all cuisine types to join JUST EAT, therefore growing the network of Takeaway Restaurants in your area.
  • Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers, ensuring they are encouraged to return to our platform and place future orders.
  • Improve consumer choice across all cuisines types by marketing the JUST EAT proposition to popular Restaurant Partners. Complete the signup process efficiently to quickly move these Restaurant Partners online and trading with us
  • Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new TR signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and their JUST EAT account is optimised for success
  • Prioritise order growth, via activated restaurants, as the measure of success and mentor Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Experience in a B2B sales role. Suitable for fresh graduates or those with 13 years of experience out of university.
  • A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A passion for learning and selfimprovement
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • A keen interest in food and the world of restaurants
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
  • Full clean manual driving license
