About the role:


In this highly visible and critical role, you will be accountable for the implementation and embedment of Supply Chain related activities across the EMEA Region, to support and operationalise the Group Mandate, Standards, processes and procedures.

You will be responsible for delivering the regional strategy by leveraging people, processes, and system infrastructure to meet standards and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a high performing team that is responsible for demand planning, S&OP processes, non-global category sourcing, supplier and contract management, order fulfilment and dispatch processes.


To be successful in this role, you will bring a background in supply chain management, and have strong commercial acumen, numeracy and negotiation skills.

This is a key role within our EMEA team, where exceptional communication, organisational and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and perform in a dynamic, fast paced environment will see you thrive.

What you will be doing:


  • Accountability for the safe delivery of products to customers.
  • Building and cultivating strong relationships with suppliers to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial and productive working relationships.
  • Managing the safety performance across the Supply Chain function.
  • Managing the procurement of all third party spend and delivering sustainable cost reductions.
  • Execute the regional Sales and Operations Planning process to confirm demand and supply balance and to identify and solve potential supply gaps.
  • Ensure that internal systems and processes are fully deployed and utilised.
  • Drive positive outcomes for customers through the procurement of desired materials and services.
  • Review operations to ensure there are no impediments to performance internally and externally which could materially compromise our licence to operate.
  • Role model and enforce compliance to high safety, quality and process standards.

What you will bring:


  • Role ideally suited to individuals with a minimum of (10) years' supply chain leadership experience in a large, complex manufacturing/production or operations environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, supply chain, science or equivalent (postgraduate highly regarded)
  • Strong ability to develop internal and external relationships, and influence others at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to minimum 25% of the time.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages and international experience is advantageous but not essential.
