As the Head of New Business, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships with brands and content creators.

Based in London, you will lead our efforts to secure new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with potential clients, and expand our presence in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the film production industry, with a focus on securing brand partnerships and content jobs.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract potential clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.

Pitching and Presentations:


  • Prepare compelling pitch presentations and proposals to showcase our capabilities and services.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with clients.

Networking and Industry Engagement:


  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
  • Proactively network with industry professionals, potential clients, and collaborators to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:


  • Passionate about similar business development or sales role within the film production, advertising, or creative industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully securing new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the London film production and advertising community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development plans.

£24,000.00 per year
