Project Administrator - Behaviour HubsContract type:
Full time - Fixed Term contract up until April 2024
Salary:
£19-25,000 (dependent on experience)
Location:
Reading (with some flexibility for hybrid or remote working)

The Behaviour Hubs programme, funded until December 2024, enables schools to access expertise on behaviour culture and supports exemplary schools ('lead schools') to work closely with schools that need and want to turn around their behaviour management cultureand practices ('partner schools').
The team will be responsible for managing the programme, answering queries from schools, organising and managing events, collating data, managing grants and impact reporting.
Critically they will help manage the client andpartner relationships.You will have:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information when supporting schools and administering grant claims
- Experience of providing administrative support and coordination to a team / department
- Proven experience of dealing with, and responding to, multiple stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and determination to achieve high quality of customer/client service
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
- Excellent written communication skills
