Description

The position holder is responsible for stock control at the drinks factory and the third-party warehouse; through cycle counting and system reconciliations.

This role ensures the materials required for production are available to production when required within the space limitations of the site.

The position holder places orders with third-party warehouse and external suppliers.

  • Monitoring the SAP system for processing and consumption issues and resolving
  • Checking the accuracy of booking in of stock, including closing PO's and correcting errors
  • Using the SAP system to calculate the materials required on site and placing orders with the warehouse and suppliers.
  • Raising any shortfalls in material with the factory planner
  • Counting all stock on site at set intervals, investigating differences and transacting to ensure the SAP system is accurate to the available materials.
  • Generate usage report and send to production.
  • Daily system reconciliation with third party warehouse to ensure systems are aligned.
  • Completing weekly checks of the SAP system to ensure transactions have completed correctly.
  • Crosstraining in other logistics roles to cover as required. Any other reasonable tasks as assigned to you by a manager.

SKILLS


The position holder ensures that our factory has materials to run by working with our warehouse, factory planner and suppliers.

Daily, the position holder creates orders, counts stock, and investigates any issues.

The position holder uses Microsoft Office and SAP to complete these tasks experience with these systems is
ESSENTIAL
GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent
ESSENTIAL
A Levels or equivalent experience preferred

Previous administration experience required.

Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Proven attention to detail, must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Excellent IT skills, specifically Excel and SAP -
ESSENTIAL
Good communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels within the business

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
