Welcome to an exciting temporary opportunity with North Bristol NHS Trust We are currently seeking a Band 5 Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our dynamic team at Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

This position offers a competitive payment rate of £343 per shift on a
PAYE basis.

As a Band 5 ODP, you will play a crucial role in the operating theatre, assisting in a wide range of surgical procedures and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their treatment.

Your duties will include preparing the theatre, sterilizing equipment, assisting the surgical team during procedures, and monitoring patients' vital signs.

With a start date of 19/03/2024 and an end date of 19/03/2024, this temporary position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a real difference in the lives of patients in need.

The shift will run from 08:00:00 to 20:30:00, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a relevant qualification in operating department practice and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

You should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
