This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress and step up their career. Liaising with worldwide customers, this role will be responsible for all marketing functions. Creating and implementing competitive, strategic marketingplans to promote our client's brand.

Responsibilities of Marketing Manager:

Create and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company brand
Think outside of the box in order to enhance and improve company marketing plans
Design and implement plans and strategies to achieve company marketing objectives, attracting customers, employees and suppliers
Manage and maintain social media channels and website, keeping content up to date, accurate and eyecatching
Take ownership of marketing campaigns and content
Work closely with content and web designers, creating the best and most effective attractions
Identify and liaise with media sponsors and third parties, expanding company reach
Monitor progress and create reports of marketing campaign performance, identifying successful campaigns. Being the key driver of campaigns, attracting as much attention as possible across channels
Identify gaps and trends in marketing content and campaigns
Identify and monitor competitive markets to create improvement programmes. Adapt to market evolve and be flexible and reactant to rapid market change
Previous marketing experience within a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment
Experience using a vary of marketing software packages
Creative and innovative
Proactive and work productively, on own initiative
Team player, with high ambitions
Positive and progressive attitude
Attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
