Wild Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a
Committees and Tribunals Officer for a highly respected international company in their Milton Keynes office.

As a
Committees and Tribunals Officer you will be supporting the department with admin and coordinating to ensure the committees are running effectively.


The Role:


  • Arranging meetings and subcommittee meetings
  • Be the first point of contact for queries
  • Attend committee meetings
  • Record meetings
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Uploading data on to the internal system
  • Administration tasks
  • Ensure effective processes are in place and being adhered to
  • Carry out pre and post administration for meetings
  • Coordinate the running of training days
  • Make sure all correspondence is clear and consistent with guidelines
  • Generate transcripts

Experience:


  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience within a similar role
  • A background in an admin based role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to show agility in your work experience
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to travel, on average once a week
  • Using initiative
  • Previously worked in a pressured role

£29,000.00 per year
