This is an exciting new role.

The Head of Asset Management and Property Services will be directly responsible for implementing a number of key development and regeneration projects on behalf of the Council, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Estates and Property.

You will lead and direct a team of c70 professional and technical staff to pro-actively manage and lead on the Council's Estate Strategy, the Council's Investment portfolio, the Capital programme and the Community Asset Transfer programme.

In addition, A key aspect of this role is to lead and deliver on a number of key development and regeneration projects in the District.

Having a clear understanding of property development, including finance, governance and a detailed knowledge of property investment values is essential for this post.
