There are 2 positions available.

Position 1, shift pattern: 07:00 - 15:00 Mon-Fri

Position 2, shift pattern:
Week1 07:00 - 15:00 5 over 7 + Week 2 09:00 - 17:00 5 over 7

Responsibilities include:

Deliver a catering service to patients and to functions within the hospital.
Cleaning and washup of all equipment, machinery, and crockery associated with catering services.
Comply with Food Hygiene Regulations with regard to food service.
Comply with HACCP system in relation to equipment cleaning and department cleanliness.
Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
Comply with Health and Safety regulations and adhere to manual handling follow/risk assessment & fire safety training.
Report faulty equipment.
Record keeping associated with catering services, e.g., HACCP al')d temperature control, receipt and storage of

- supplies.
