Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?


Advantage Health care is part of City & County Healthcare Complex Division will provide you the support and ongoing training and development to make a rewarding difference to people's lives every day.

This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to £per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training


We are seeking Experienced Female HCA/Support Worker to support our young adult female client who has complex care needs, quadriplegic.

You will be joining a very supportive team, working 2:1 within our clients own home and out in the community.

You willbe expected to support with all elements of daily living such as personal care, PEG feeding, mobility and incontinence care and ensuring her medication needs are met.

Our client has ventilation/Nippy overnight.

You will also help our client to access the community,undertake shopping or support her to take part in the hobbies that she enjoys which is arts & Crafts, Cooking.

You will need a minimum of 6 months' care experience, be attentive, organised and be able to manage your own workload.

A full Driving licence wouldbe an advantage.


Shifts patterns will be 09:00-21:00Pay rate: £ Inc. of Holiday pay
