Description

We are looking for enthusiastic food production operatives to expand our growing High Care team, to help produce and pack our products ready for delivery.

There are two shifts, 7am start and 11am start, Monday to Friday.

You will have a good work ethic and be a reliable individual.

This is a role that involves standing on your feet for much of the day, moving ingredients and equipment around during production, so you will need to have a good level of fitness.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

Working within production, preparing, making, finishing or packing our products.
Follow start up and close down procedures, and maintaining a clean working environment throughout the day.
Adhering to hygiene working practices to ensure the highest possible standards, and all procedures relating to food safety, legality and quality are adhered to.

You must be

Resourceful and adaptable
Flexible
Able to communicate easily with all other staff and able to understand the company written records and documents.
Able to carry out the tasks that would be reasonably required.
Minimum one year's food industry experience.
Comfortable with handling, preparing and baking of food which involves long periods of standing, lifting and carrying as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
Able to provide supporting references.
